Thought of as the “get it done” guy of the group, Jon spends most days on the jobs coordinating both crew and sub-contracted work.  Once construction has begun, he is responsible for all job site management. This includes arranging all scheduled walk-throughs with the homeowner.

Jon is a lakes area native graduating from Bemidji State University with a degree in Criminal Justice.

Jon and his wife Krista have two children, daughter Riley and son Finnegan, and two dogs, Cole and Gardie. When he is not at the job “getting it done” he is an avid hunter, sports fan, pilot, and family man. The Fogarty’s are currently living in their new home on Sibley Lake in Pequot Lakes.
